What we look for

Not every applicant needs direct timing experience. Strong communication, reliability, and a calm problem-solving mindset matter just as much on race day.

Comfortable arriving early, staying organized, and following a structured race-day workflow.
Available for weekend events during the racing season.
Able to travel to race venues across New England with your own transportation.
Comfortable using laptops, timing software, spreadsheets, and event equipment.
Able to lift and move equipment bins, cables, clocks, and finish-line materials.
Professional with race directors, volunteers, athletes, and spectators.
